Hi. I'm John Keith, an independent driving instructor. In addition to being a fully qualified instructor, I also hold the nationally recognised Dip.D.I. (Diploma in Driving Instruction) qualification, awarded jointly by the Associated Examination Board and The Driving Instructor Association.

My father was a driving instructor for 30 years, so I'm actually a second-generation instructor.

My Dad ?.....NO. He was too busy running his own very successful driving school.

A professional training company ?.....NO. I didn't have three thousand pounds to spare!

The answer ?....I trained myself, and qualified in just over four months, and so can you.
